Gene Bolter is the Chief Investment Officer and founder of Bolter & Company. His relationship with many of our clients spans more than 25 years.

Gene has over forty years of investment experience with a variety of Wall Street firms, including twenty years with The First Boston Corporation where he was a member of its Equity Investment Policy Committee and it’s Employees’ Profit Sharing Committee.

He is a graduate of Bucknell University and served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army.  He is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Victoria A. McCann is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Portfolio Manager.  She has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge that strengthens all aspects of our company.  Her areas of expertise include Portfolio Management and Administration, Compliance, Marketing, Trading, and Performance Calculation.

Prior to joining Bolter & Company, Vicky was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Tanaka Capital Management where she was employed for over 15 years.  She also served as Secretary to the TANAKA Growth Fund.

Lori Luchs is the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Trading.  In addition, she is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client accounts.  She is the foundation of our client service philosophy, forging personal relationships with each of our clients.

Lori has over twenty years experience in portfolio administration.  Before joining Bolter & Company, she was Trade Specialist for Equinox Capital Management.
