Bolter & Company does not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to third parties other than as described below.

Bolter & Company collects information about clients (such as name, address, social security number, assets and income) from our discussions with clients, from documents that clients may deliver to us and in the course of providing investment advisory services. We may use this information to provide investment advisory services to clients, to open client accounts, to process a transaction for a client account or otherwise in furtherance of our business. In order to service client accounts and effect transactions, Bolter & Company may provide a client s personal information to firms that assist us in servicing an account and have a need for such information, such as a broker or fund administrator. We do not otherwise provide information about clients to outside firms, organizations or individuals except to our attorneys, accountants and auditors and as permitted by law.

Bolter & Company restricts access to nonpublic personal information about clients to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.
